The company’s U.S. CEO Cathy Englebert recently sat down with us to discuss how Deloitte uses its “next generation workplace” to bring five generations of employees together and boost in-person collaboration. Deloitte’s offices are purposefully designed to foster interaction through communal meeting spaces that bring employees together on a regular basis to meet with clients, brainstorm new ideas and facilitate internal trainings.
