Business leaders depend on face-to-face meetings to win customers, close deals and develop high-performing talent. New research by the Meetings Mean Business Coalition offers hard numbers and data to prove it.

It shows that face-to-face meetings deliver top-line growth and bottom line results for leaders across industries. Meetings are seen as a financial priority and deserving of increased investment in 2016 – despite continued budget constraints and immense technological capabilities.

These results – particularly the points on investment – make me very hopeful about the future of our industry. They speak volumes about the value business leaders place on communicating face-to-face, for themselves and their employees.
